1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Openings

We are looking for dependable candidates who want to build a career with us.   The right candidate will receive on the job training to become a successful Press Helper in our growing manufacturing facility.  The Press Helper is responsible for assisting the Press Operator to meet production schedules and to maintain compliance to company and customer quality standards, and policies.  


  • Assist Press Operator in the set-up, run, change over, and clean-up of the press according to procedures, and within established production standards
  • Assist the Press Operator in monitoring the quality of the material being processed to ensure compliance to company and customer  specifications
  • Maintain ink viscosities and quantities during press run
  • Communicate with the oncoming shift all relevant information to facilitate an efficient shift change
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records as required
  • Assist Press Operator in light maintenance and preventive maintenance of the press
  • Assist the Press Operator in completion of his duties when necessary.
  • Operate in a manner that will maximize efficiency and quality, eliminate waste, and promote department goals, while adhering to all safety regulations and established procedures



High School Diploma, GED or related work experience

Must be able to work around inks/solvents

Must be able to lift an average of 50 lbs, this job has a high level of physical activity
