This position is responsible for greeting visitors, directing incoming phone calls, maintaining accurate files, providing clerical support to the customer service, production control and accounting departments.

DUTIES

Some of the responsibilities include:

Greeting visitors and answering phones.

Maintaining an accurate and up to date filing system.

Data Entry

Maintaining the efficiency of all office equipment (i.e. copiers, faxes, printers, coffee maker, etc.)

Assist other departments as needed in filing, reporting, typing, and maintaining records.

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of three years clerical experience.

Great attendance and Punctuality a must.

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work with all levels of employees.

Excellent communication skills.

Previous switchboard experience a plus.
