General Purpose

Responsible to troubleshoot, support and develop ERP applications. Responsive to customer base. Communicate clearly the expectations and results to internal customers. 

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear PPE
  • Follow all quality requirements to meet or exceed specifications
  • Effectively communicate with employees, leadership and vendors.
  • Must be able to work scheduled hours and off hours as needed.
  • 1st level PeopleSoft Production Support
  • 3rd level support for all in-house applications that interface with PeopleSoft
  • Preparation of detailed specification, development, testing, documentation, and training for customer user applications using application designer.
  • Participate in problem solving, applying fixes and patches or system changes during off hours weekends and/or holidays as required.
  • Monitoring the health of automated systems.
  • Participate in off-hours on-call rotation.
  • User training and support as required
  • Participate on major upgrade/implementation projects as required.
  • Participate in project teams with users for the purpose of defining requirements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • College degree
  • 5-6 years of PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Production Support
  • PeopleTools
  • PeopleSoft Development experience
  • Strong SQL
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports
  • Experience in Manufacturing environment
  • Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
  • Trouble shooting/problem solving skills
